INTEGRATION

 

Integration can be done either by API or by batch, whichever works best for you:

 

• API - SpotWise has created a simple API that receives and processes data in real time. Surveys are sent immediately after customer interaction or after a defined period of time (for example: send survey 3 hours after purchase).

 

• Batch – Set schedules for batch transfer of data to SpotWise (for example: send survey to all customers that visited yesterday).

 

Either approach allows for seamless communication between SpotWise and your existing systems – whether they are from existing CRM, POS, call center or ordering systems.
